Refund & Delivery Policy
Cancellation of orders confirmed prior to the despatch of artwork – no charge will be incurred, a full refund will be given.
Cancellations confirmed after issue of artwork will incur a charge of £15+ VAT per product.
Cancellation confirmed following receipt of passed artwork by Ha’ penny press Ltd, No monies will be refunded.
On receipt of your artwork proof and order acknowledgement, please check all details with extreme care. Whilst every care is taken to ensure content accuracy, Ha’ penny Press does not accept responsibility for errors passed by the client. No monies will be refunded if tickets are produced using incorrect information or incorrect client approved artwork.
Defective tickets deemed to be sub-standard or unfit purpose will be replaced or refund issued on receipt of returned tickets.
In the event that Ha Penny Press are unable to process your order because of a technical problem or any other reason that is attributable to Ha’ penny Press, a full refund will be given.
In the event that a refund or order cancellation is required a member of the Ha’penny team is on hand to discuss your requirements and agree a mutually satisfying resolution.

Ha’ penny Press will acknowledge receipt of your order by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. We must receive full payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted.
Alternatively payment method and timings may be agreed with a member of our team prior to commencement of work related to your order. In the event of any query regarding your order a member of our team will contact you.
When your order is completed we will send an invoice receipt to the address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
Your order is will be sent by courier to 1 address unless alternative arrangements are specified and agreed with a member of our team. We do not accept PO Box Addresses.
To ensure timely delivery of your order Ha’ penny press utilises 3rd party logistics providers.
All deliveries are tracked and proof of delivery provided if required.

28 day delivery – Free of charge.
14 day delivery – £10.00
7 day delivery – £25.00
48 hour delivery – £50.00 (morning delivery)
Nominated day of delivery can be arranged however this may be subject to increased charges.
Delivery charges are per order, all established deliveries will be from date of order unless otherwise agreed with a member of our team.
Delivery costs and timings detailed are for UK Mainland only – If ordering from Eire, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey or other UK Islands please consult with a member of our team to establish delivery timings and costs.
Please ensure all delivery details are entered accurately into your order form. Ha’ penny press does not accept responsibility for failed deliveries as a consequence of incorrect information supplied by customers.
In the event of delivery failure Ha’penny press will arrange new delivery day / date and refund delivery costs where considered appropriate.
If Raffle tickets are damaged in transit, we will replace damaged tickets free of charge.
Ha’ penny press does not have control of products once placed in the care of our logistics partner.
We can track deliveries however our control is limited. A member of the Ha’penny team is available to assist all delivery queries or issues affecting the delivery of your order
